once again Monday,. apparently this day happens every week who knew.. lol
bright note the weight recorded is the same for the last 2 days and it includes eating junk food. imagine how low it could have been if I had cut that out too 😃
wishing everyone a safe, happy and healthy week ahead of them. CHEERS with water of course ;)
130.5 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
