I increased my daily fat intake to over 200g and the weight started to come off again! I'll have to carefully watch my carb/protein levels as they were creeping up in the second week.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 147.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
