writing this late at night. dry mouth pretty bad now. had a huge potato for dinner. Also have has like 3 sodas today and havent drank much water. Still very worried about diabetes. Wish I knew someone near me now so I could check. I fear that soon I will always know someone around with one so I can check. Exercise getting better now that it is getting warmer: easier to go hikiing.
Tring to get mind off diabetes, but... fear is a powerful thing.
