Anyone have any thing that works for them with HYPOTHYROID. If one more person tells me to exercise, I walk one mile a day, do yoga and I eat very well but, the worst advice .......eliminate the stress in your life!!!! Now I'm stressed😜

I'm hypo too. Eating a low carb, high fat diet is what helped me finally start losing. I started with Atkins induction (phase 1) and for now, I just keep my carbs under 20 grams. When I reach my ideal weight I'll gradually add more back into my diet. Hope this helps, hypothyroidism is the WORST!

I have it too, because of it I now have a weight problem, was always btw 115-120. After trial and error, have only found the Atkins is what works for me. I still exercise but simply for the health benefits it may help my weight loss like 15%. I'm also trying the 16:8IF and I'm liking the results, so I'm doing that too. Good luck because Hypothyroid SUCKS!!!
