Frustrated. I was at 274 and then a day later 277 now working it back down slowly it been almost a week but I am loosing ounces that's ok too, they add up.
I have been craving sweets and very tini cheats but still I wonder if that's not what's killing me!
I am a diabetic but wondering if I should try a fast day, watching my sugar levels though anybody know anything about that?
Plus I'm craving peanut butter! What's up with that?

277.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 142.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

peanut butter is loaded with fat, which is good. have you considered LCHF? I'm not diabetic, but I've read that it will help regulate blood sugar, help you become less insulin resistant, all while boosting ketones which help burn fat.

If ur sugers high it's almost impossible to lose weight. Check to see your sugers are in good range. Good luck, fasting isn't recommended for diabetics. Good Luck!
