54.2% TBW (water)
38.5% muscle

I did A LOT more exercise this week. May have overdone it on the eating..
136.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
