Had a vacation for a week and non stop eating. I'd have to say it was better than binges I've had in the past as I still drank my shakes etc.
Enough of the negative. Today I began once again and preparing meals for the week. Went to the gym today and feelig great.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.3 lb a week
