Yesterday was training day! (First one since Jan. Finally back on a regular schedule!) I always expect to gain some because I'm working on my muscles and the owner of the gym likes to call it "gainz." haha

I left and actually craved a salad! I love how working out there makes me feel!
215.3 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 80.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
