I'm playing around with the site from my Blackberry this morning. I sneaked in a weight check -- I shouldn't have, it's 4 days early -- and found I've misplaced almost 2 lbs since my last weigh-in. :)
It's still too fast, brings my total loss to almost 8 lbs this month, twice my original "modest goal." It makes me question whether I'm going to be able to do this sustainably, as a life practice. I'll have to give some thought to that in the next few days.
