Lost another pound today. I'm so excited to get rid of this extra weight. Ate very poorly for lunch yesterday but only had a 1/2 salad for dinner to try to make up for it.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
