Gained almost 1/2 lb. This last week I tried to add to my diet because my dietician said I wasn't getting enough carbs. I think I overdid it a little. Might also be due to the fact I was a little sick the night before my last weigh in, which was a bigger drop. In any case, will monitor this next week to see if I'm still on the downward trend.

Could also be a bit of a plateau. Not sure how they work.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
