startin diet on 11/21 with Laurie. goin to start out slow with walkin 2 nites a week mondays and fridays for now. start my shakes tom. my goal is to lose as much as i can and maintain that weight. before tonya weddin in sept of 2012. GOING TO GO WALKIING TONIGHT AT MHD MALL. I WANT TO WALK AT LEAST AN HOUR. SO FAR SO GOOD WITH THE DIET. I AM REALLY NOT HUNGRY AT ALL.. I AM SURPRISED AT HOW THE SHAKE AND THE SNACKS REALLY WORK AND THE HEALTHY CHOICES I MAKE..
