But I've also been slacking on the exercise. I still manage to walk a few K everyday. But it's not enough.
Another big shift coming this weekend. Bouncing around Atlantic Canada for a week and then off to Guatemala a spell. The life of a travel writer. :P
But I'm not gaining and I feel good. So... VICTORY!
