I suck - I've been really off my game and alittle unmotivated to get this weight off.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

You can do this! The next time you want to have that piece of cake or can of coke, just think - do I really want that? If the answer is yes, then cut that piece of cake in half or pour half of that can of coke out. You can start small by just cutting down on your portion size. You can do this!

Changing one habit will make a huge difference.. I quit eating bagels in the morning. That was my first step. Then I started adding in more water...true, bathroom breaks became more frequent..but I saw it as getting rid of bad stuff. Doing the little things help!!
