Weighed myself this am on a different scale. Assume that the digital recording is synched. Basically the same weight. Been traveling the last 10 days with mostly no exercising-- driving hours per day.. I'm feeling good. Squeezing abbreviated yoga postures here and there. Really taking on the way to what maintaining my weight looks like from an exercise and caloric intake perspective. Been keeping to my caloric limits, but eating more carbs than usual and I do feel the difference
