Not as much weight loss as I would have liked, but I have taken off some considerable inches since I last measured myself 2 months ago. I guess I could have put on some muscle. I do seem stronger. Overall, I'd probably give myself a grade of "C" for the past two months. My diet hasn't been the best because of my travel schedule, but I have managed to keep to my workouts. Next travel is at the end of the month, so I'll have to try and be extra diligent for the next few weeks. The next body measurements will be 6/1, right after I get back from my trip.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
