Took a break over christmas and err its suddenly May !
Eating habits have not been too bad but I am not happy that I took to eating a bag of crisps most evenings and enjoying too much junk infront of telly ( caramel popcorn and chocolate eclairs tut tut tut)
Pleased to find myself still under 60kgs. But I am close ! swore never to go over that line again.
Main motivation for getting back to this though is my partner. He piled the weight back on and so I would like to gently motivate him. ( reminder to myself, GENTLY..)
Food is a big joy in life for him. I can be happy just smelling it, whereas, he literally can breathe it in and a whole plate is gone! Gotta try to find that balance for him.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
