I'm losing weight but I'm afraid it's just because I have a cold. Nothing tastes good or sounds good. I have held true to not eating after 8pm though!!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!! :)
131.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
