I did like 35 min of p90x yesterday, 20 mins yoga in the morning and 15 mins of kenpo last night. There is hotdogs and coldslaw in the house ... should I eat?
201.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
