I have been poorly following my diet plan.
Last week I jumped back on the weigh loss wagon.
Looking forward to a transformation in 12 weeks.
4th of July! Is the date to remember!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
