It's been a tough 7 weeks. This is essentially the first downward trend since March 9. I have been very bad. Hopefully I'm back on track now. I had some travel during that time, and that can totally derail me. I have managed to keep to my workout routine and my weight has not gone up, which I take as a good sign, but I am now 10 lbs behind schedule. I may be able to make up some ground if I am extra good over the next several weeks. My goal now is to be under 240 by the end of May. I don't think that is overly aggressive.
