Yay!!!! Slowly but surely the lbs are leaving! Good riddens unwanted L Bs!!!!!
132.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel like crap! I have a cold. I woke up with a sore throat, took a zinc, and zicam to only feel worse as the day has gone on. This sucks.
