Well, here it is. I still feel bloated and swollen from the past two weeks, so I'm going to dial back on the calories for a couple of weeks. I expect that once I get back into my routine I should be able to drop the vacation pounds.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
