Spent 4 days this week out of town at a convention. Too many snack items all over. Could have been worse...could have not lost the initial weight AND gained a pound. Well, it's a grandma weekend, so , maybe the grandkids and I can go hiking...helping me burn off some more of the convention food. :-P
193.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
