I have had my ups and downs but overall have tried to live a healthier lifestyle. One thing that I've been doing is watching the sodium content on things. I know that fresh is better for you but sometimes it isn't feasible to get.

This week I'm going to try and make a good tasting low sodium chilli for Tony and I. I normally don't put much in my chilli so I think it will work out. Have the ingredients but now need to figure out the nutritional information on it.
280.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 65.1 lb a week
