I didn't do as well this week as I would have liked but I still lost weight. I took in less calories than normal but they weren't necessarily healthy calories. I'm going to get a gym membership for next week, go swimming and walking a few times and hoping for better results. I'm still happy with a loss rather than a gain :)
321.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
