I played basketball for a full hour hard and still didn't lose any weight. I guess I did have 5 piece of veggie pizza and a doughnut too so can't say much for that. Worst part was I sprained my ankle and wont be able to exercise for the next couple days. :(
218.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
