wonderfully relaxing weekend, until the end. saturday i rested, and drank too much. sunday night i went to eat with Cindy and mom. i had a cup of juice which made me feel drunk, dizzy. then i got a headache, then tired. i'm afraid these are sighns of diabetes. made a doc appointment to get me checked, but even if im not diabetic i have to change my diet. it has been too starchy, too much refined crap. looking into possible vegan options.
