Wow, weighed myself after a 10 day holiday and have put on 8 pounds, but my body fat % has fallen to 10.5 % from 11.5%. I did work out every day, and some of this must be water and glucagon as my fat is showing down. Whatever, I had a good time!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
