Day 1! Here goes my journey to lose 15 lbs!!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1797 kcal Fat: 57.53g | Prot: 100.30g | Carb: 225.25g.   Breakfast: Chunk Light Tuna in Water, water, apple. Lunch: lean cuisine santa fe-style rice and beans. Dinner: 1% milk, sun maid raisins, jif peanut butter ,  apple, hamburger helper. Snacks/Other: diet coke, lays kettle cooked chips. more...
