ate italian bread slices with sun-dried tomatoes (oily), extra rice with thick curd at dinner. I have to get out of this cycle - working out hard, but eating has not been perfect and hence the weight keeps languishing.
172.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
