yesterday was good. gym for an hour, healthy food all day, and last night i had phesant for the first time. extremely awesome. probably more calories than i needed, however i didn't finish the whole plate. probably the first time i didn't clean off my plate. leftovers! yay!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
