yeah back down it goes! I stopped taking the one med my doctor had given me. the havoc it was causing with my stomach just was not worth it at all. I tried to take it with and without food. sure it helped with the pain, but it was a contributing factor to my IBS acting up. so no more, have another appointment next week.
on the bright side, it's Friday, we are expecting beautiful weather in the next coming days, and my numbers are coming down :) :)
I hope everyone has an incredible weekend. may it be filled to the brim with life, laughter and love. <3
131.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
