and there goes the first stone ..get in
187.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks ....people's ..If I wasn't in the zone I probably would have cake lol. Will have a slice of healthy flapjack instead. I did 23 mile on bike today so could probably get away with it😉
