I don't know...it's getting to where I don't drop weight the week before my period, the week of my period or the week after my period. So this is what the scale said this morning. Again, I don't know if the scale is telling me the truth. Although, if it is my focus gets to change from the weight number to the body fat number. Which mine is still ridicously high, at 28.2%. So how does one go about losing body fat?
