My wonderful wife made me a awesome chicken salad last night. We didn't go workout but we played board games and watched a movie, could'nt have asked for a better friday night with my best friend!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
