After much overindulgence I finally got up the guts to go and get myself weighed...................OMG!!!!!!!!!!
I HADN'T REALIZED HOW BAD IT HAD GOT!!!!!
I've been this weight before and it took over a year to get down to 70kg (2008), I then fell pregnant and at my heaviest a was 80kg.(nov 2008) The thing that is really annoying me though is that 6 weeks after having my son I was only 2kg off my pre pregnancy weight and instead of maintaining I've just let myself go. I've been suffering with terrible postnatal depression and I really don't think breastfeeding(1yr) agreed with me.
