I have settled into a new job that I love and new place to live. Time to settle into a new way of eating and exercising, too! I think that limiting my food budget (which should limit fast food and impulse buys to snack on) and setting up menus to follow at the grocery store is the way to go.
I also am commuting more, which involves walking more (easier to do since my car decided to break down for good just a week before moving). I also have 11 miles of wooded trails right behind my new place.
So, no excuses! (Despite restarting with a stupid cold that just keeps hanging on.)
