My legs are sore. Woke up very dehydrated. But I slept. Debating on going to the gym. I bought new gym clothes so I should. Jumpstart my day. It would be arm day since I only did cardio on Friday. So I switch. Saturday's are just cardio days.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
