I am doing this for myself! Read all my Facebook notes if I need a boost! I want my kids to be healthy, my husband to have a hot wife, and I want to shop in smaller sizes! I want to be healthy. I want to make good choices. I want to look good, 3 kids later. I want Aaron to eat better. My kids need to know that McDonald's and the like are treats, special meals, not everyday occurrances. We will learn how to make better choices, drink more water, and cook at home together. Eating at the table will help us to be healthy too. I am not doing this alone. I have friends and family to support me. But most of all I have the strength of Jesus to help me. I need to remember to call on Him for help when I need it, when I am discouraged, and when I need a pick me up. I need to praise Him in my successes most of all. I need to know that this is a journey. I will not lose it all overnight. I cannot lose it all overnight. If it takes me a year. Great. If it takes me two, awesome. Just get it done!

I am doing the Alli program. Using Alli in combination with healthy eating to boost my success. At this point I am allowed 19 g of fat per meal, and a total of 1800 calories per day. 30% of my calories should come from fat, no more. I will have a few snacks per day, but they should be little to no fat and be written down. As I lose weight, the amount of fat and calories I will be allowed will decrease. It's all about making good choices.
