gained 1 lb today. Disappointed in gaining weight but it was my own fault. I didn't exercise AND I ate almost half a loaf of friendship bread. I have to do better.

Honey, you are still doing great. I am so proud of you. We will work out hard core tonight to make up for a minor slip. You got to still have some treat sometime or you will eventually hate your diet!
