Loosely following the Weight Watcher's diet. I haven't been great at keeping the journal, but I know myself roughly how many points I'm eating during the day. This has been a good week but I've always lost 4 or 5lbs on the first week and then it drops to 1-2lbs a week. My goad is to lose 2lbs a week if possible.
