I haven't been keeping up with my eating habits much much less my workout training. I recently got married at the beginning of this month and since then its been a whirlwind getting out lives on track. Going from being two separate financial, social and physical people and becoming one is truly difficult. As of recently I'm dealing with time management. How to go from work to school then to my hubby at home who usually wants to work out intensely. He wants us to work out together all the time, however for me to get my workout satisfaction(because i DO love to work out, I was previously a theatre arts major now getting my degree in fitness and nutrition) but its very very hard for me to get up and just start running for three hours straight. Ive done this for a very very long time, before fitness I was a dancer and my body was in a very different level, strength wise. I was rehearsing 5-7 hours a day and my body was constantly using different muscles. Back to the point though, my hubby gets his feelings hurt when I don't want to run 10 miles every night with him. My body can't physically take it, but mostly it bores me to death. I love the way my body feels when its being awakened and I need help getting there again.
