Wow. I went crazy with eating yesterday. I also didn't exercise. We took my daughter out for halloween and didn't get back until it was too late. I really didn't eat supper, but I got into too many sweets and other things because I was hungry. It is so easy to gain weight. What a constant struggle.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 67.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
