I haven't been tracking my eating/excercise for a few months and it shows. Time to up the ante and get serious. I have 5 weeks until my concert and then Christmas. If I cut out the junk and start working out again, I bet I can lose maybe 6 lbs. a week. That would be almost 25 lbs. which would put me at 175, a good ten lb.s less than I was last fall when I felt so good.

Plan: Cut evening snacks except for fruit. Cut down alchohol consumption. Cut back on sandwiches, chips, ice cream, etc. DO eat fresh fruit, lots of veggies and lean meat. And enjoy!

Exercise: Start with Housework! Need to catch up and can burn calories, silly! Get to bike trail or hike trail 1-2x week and gym 1-2x week for weights, maybe an evening Zumba class. Do ab machine 4-5 x week and if nothing else, Go For A Walk!!! Volleyball drills with Maggie. Not so hard!@
201.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
