The cleanse eliminates sweets & bread. I feel like I've been 90% most days, 70% the other days this past week. I hope to do better next week. I just have to work on not fighting it, but rather make a choice and decide to be OK with whatever that choice is. :)
194.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
