Jogging/walking for at least 3 miles everyday. Following the same diet, albeit in smaller portions. Grabbed a couple of beers on the weekend. Overall, I could've done a lot more.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
