After a weekend that included 2 wood fired Pizzas and Caramel Cheesecake I was expecting a lot worse. Will start diet and recording again today before it's too late.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
