Hello all. Happy to post this catch up journal entry. My weight is down, but I am having some concerns about my goal weight. I' m feeling good all around about my weight. I've sort of taken on an attitude that I need to start eating more. Slowly I should assuming a caloric intake that will be my normal sustaining amount. Yeah. All this math and fine-tune attention to this regimen sneaks up fast. Still doing yoga for my baseline exercise 2-3 x per week. Busy and active but reducing the weekly marathon biking and walking. Feeling almost too skinny for my age. My goal weight may be a little too much. Proceeding and assessing slowly as I said. I have leaned a little anemic in the past and I know that I must be again as I am shedding a lot. Taking vitamins and eating more iron, bringing that imbalance back to center. Beyond that navigating to a sustainable weight RDI is where I'm at.
