no change since last weigh in. did some grocery shopping today. also looked at some new clothes, nothing there that appeals to me. I have a pair of shoes to return to the mall this coming up week. They are nice shoes just not practical for walking in as much as I hope to do this spring and summer. I'll pick up the more expensive ones downtown for that. Keeping my Bob's though. Might still get some wear out of the ones I bought a couple of years ago. Have to remember sunscreen on the feet though or I'll have new 'sunshine tats' to explain. Time to go soak my feet. They felt so good last night.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
